New Work
New forms of leadership
and collaboration
Content
Although the term “New Work” was coined as early as the 1980s, the relevance of the term has remained steadfast. Modern organizations are about organic and meaningful collaboration, instead of pyramid hierarchies. A leadership style in the sense of New Work enables creativity and personal development. This in turn, allows normal work to be something that is more meaningful.
In this seminar, you will learn how to integrate the basic concepts and ideas of New Work into your company. Together, we will explore the VUCA world of business and its impact on work. In addition, you will be exposed to groundbreaking impulses to master the transformation of the working world: i.e. digitalization, home office and demographic change will become opportunities instead of obstacles.
