In this workshop we will develop a personalized roadmap for your professional future. We will work together in a creative and systematic manner and we will use the methodology of Design Thinking for guidance.
First, we analyze your initial situation, taking a closer look at your strengths, interests and personal values. Then we concentrate on the development of ideas – with the help of tried and tested tools, we work on solid ideas for the way forward. The last phase is dedicated to planning and implementation with the goal of successfully realizing your new ideas.
